Inside Sales Representative (m/f/o)

responsible for our Markets in the United Kingdom

Your Tasks

  • Serve as the key point of contact for resellers for all software and hardware maintenance renewal opportunities
  • Work with reseller sales reps to increase Spigraph Group business
  • Coordinate Spigraph resources to serve resellers efficiently
  • Call users who have stated an interest in the products in order to fully understand the opportunity
  • Communicate corporate policies to customers in a manner that prevents exceptions
  • Document all customer activity in company CRM system according to company policy
  • Handle inquiries from customers and own the sales inbox
  • Prepare quotes and gather information needed to make a sale
  • Check incoming orders for correct terms and conditions and enter them into the ERP system
  • Interface with customers and Spigraph supply chain for all logistical issues regarding such orders
  • Review target achievement, pipeline status
  • Forecast expected revenues

Your Profile

  • You have a bachelor´s degree (HBO) or a comparable education with a commercial or technical background.
  • Preferably, you have one to three years of relevant job experience in a customer-oriented department.
  • You bring a good technical understanding and a professional background in document related technologies.
  • You have strong communication skills and a result- and team-oriented way of working.
  • You are experienced in handling ERP / CRM systems.
  • You have fluent Dutch and English skills; any other language is advantageous.
